Standard Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, credit, or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized with an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our team.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
- Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
- Items must be received within 30 days of RA issuance.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:
- Special order, custom-built, or non-stock items
- Used, opened, or installed parts
- Clearance, discontinued, or closeout items
- Opened software or downloaded products
- Personal items such as earphones, microphones, and hygiene-sensitive gear
- Oversize or freight-shipped items, unless damaged or defective
Restocking Fees
If a returned item has been opened or used, or is missing parts, manuals, or original packaging, a restocking fee of 15% or $10 (whichever is greater) may be applied. Additional charges may be assessed based on the condition of the return.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or is damaged in shipping, notify us within 2 business days. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return, and in most cases, we’ll cover return shipping for defective items reported within 30 days.
Refunds & Processing
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Returns on Freight & Oversize Items
Oversized or freight-shipped products (including those over 50 lbs) are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs for these items will be the customer’s responsibility and may be significant.
Free Shipping Returns
If your order included free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return, unless the product was defective or the return is due to our error.
How to Start a Return

- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the shipping carton (not the product packaging).
- Ship your return using a trackable method (we recommend UPS or FedEx).
- Ensure all original components and materials are included to avoid deductions.
