At The ITS Store, we know your tech gear is essential—and we’re committed to getting it to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing

  • Orders for in-stock items placed Monday–Friday by 2:00 PM CT typically ship the same business day.
  • You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping

  • Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders $49 and up (before tax and after discounts).
  • Orders under $49 ship for a flat fee of $9.95.
  • Applies to shipments within the contiguous U.S. only.

Exceptions

Free shipping does not apply to:

  • Oversized items or items that require freight delivery
  • Products over 50 lbs
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories
  • PO Boxes

Expedited Shipping

  • Upgrade to 2-Day or Next-Day delivery during checkout for an additional fee.
  • Expedited options are not available for oversized, heavy, or freight-only items.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

  • Large or heavy items may require freight delivery and extra handling time.
  • Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery scheduling if needed.
  • A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value or oversized shipments.
  • Someone must receive the delivery. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery to your door or the lobby area of your apartment or condo.
  • Freight deliveries are scheduled for Monday through Friday between 9AM and 5PM.
  • Arrange to have someone else there to help you unpack and install your equipment. The delivery driver will not help you unpack or set up your new equipment, nor will he or she remove your old equipment or packaging.
    Keep the product packaging. You'll need it if you have to return or move your item.

Where do you currently ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. Please note, PO Boxes can only be served by USPS and may have limitations. We currently do not offer international shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping generally arrives in 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Freight deliveries typically arrive in 3–7 business days.

Will I be refunded for shipping costs if I return an item?

If you return an item, the original shipping cost (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. Please note that returns of freight or oversized items may also be subject to additional handling fees.
